Highbury Triangle

Highbury Triangle, a development designed by Architectus and constructed by CMP Construction, comprises five apartment blocks spanning six to eight levels each.

Emphasizing sustainability, the Kainga Ora sought to provide warmer, healthier, and more energy-efficient homes for the predominantly elderly tenants. Aiming for a New Zealand Green Building Council 7 Homestar rating the architects chose a Rockwool Outsulation behind a brick cladding.

The brick facades, with varying colors for individuality, create a visually pleasing texture which will last for generations.
